The doors are open at Seattle's brand new Hard Rock Cafe. Today's "soft-opening" doesn't come with the pomp and rock that the Grand Opening celebration will bring in the future, but for anyone who has been interested in seeing what the company has done with the place and which Seattle relics they've managed to lay their hands on, a full menu and service staff await ... We're told a rooftop terrace with couches and firepits offers good views and the building itself is Silver LEED certified.

Tia Jackson (pictured right by AP) won't be doing any coffee ads anytime soon. The Washington women's basketball coach was so amped on her signature venti caramel iced coffee that her heartbeat started racing during the team's six-point overtime win at Washington State on Friday ... Evaluated after the game, doctors advised Jackson to stay off coffee for a while and rest. She was cleared for practice Monday, but spent the weekend drinking fluids and not doing anything work-related late Sunday
