Nate Robinson Provides Spark Off The Bench For Boston

Former Washington star Nate Robinson (above, left) produced a big game off the bench, which helped Boston claim a 96-89 victory last night that tied best-of-seven NBA Finals at two games apiece.

In 17 minutes, Robinson converted 4 of 8 field goals and 2 of 4 three-pointers for 12 points. He also had two rebounds and two assists.

The Celtics reserve guard provided a spark just as he did in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Bud Withers writes: "Scott says the Pac-10 has issued no other invitations, but the league is reported ready to invite Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State.
